I could tell who it was. I do think the hair and the mouth could use some tweaking. The hair, because it doesn't look like real hair, but rather some sore of soft rubber. Adding some highlights will go a long way. Good effort though.

Amazing! Only thing that kinda bothers me is the shadow on her eyes.. Dunno how to explain it, but I think it's less shadow on her left eye, than on her right.

very smooth and the tones blend so well, I challenge you to pick a harder pose than a straight on pose. This might help you break out of what has become such a popular trend where the eyes are wide and attractive and do most of the work if not all. This challenge isn't just for you there are a lot of artists on this site that make a career out of straight forward poses but don't find the power in unique angles or 3/4 poses. Just a thought.....

Good job. My observations: the skin could use a bit of a texture, but a fine, gentle one. The hair looks almost as if it molted together in some areas, but generally it looks pretty good.
